Join us for a discussion during ournext Chairman’s Luncheon on the latest developments regarding the sanctions against Russia. Our SwissCham Partner Schellenberg Wittmer will join as a special guest and Julie Raneda (Partner, Singapore) and Benjamin Gottlieb (Senior Associate, Zurich)will share interesting insights on “Taking stock on Russian sanctions and their practical impact on businesses”.
Taking a practical approach, our speakers will help you understand how the sanctions could impact your business and propose strategies to mitigate your risk exposure. After an overview of the latest sanctions, they will discuss, among others, their impact on contractual obligations and the role of force majeure on international contracts.
