Executive Presence is made up of three main pillars; credibility, confidence and connection. In this session we will focus on one of these, connection. This workshop will explore how emotional and behavioural awareness can help build professional relationships.

- describe a process for developing emotional awareness and identify how emotional states affect the ability to connect
