Singapore’s First Aussie Cheese Tasting Experience

Australian artisanal cheese is making its first appearance in Singapore! The masterclass will be presented by Singapore-born Australia cheese specialist, Hakim Halim who founded RIPE – the only all-Australian artisanal cheese shop in the world, located at the iconic Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne.

“I’m thrilled to be able to introduce 4 uniquely Aussie cheeses to Singapore. It is also ironic that a Singaporean has now become a champion for Australian cheese and an Australian national cheese judge,” said Mr HaKim.

The Cheese Deli and Mr Halim have collaborated for the inaugural and one-night only masterclass event on 8 September 2022. You will be treated to an hour of guided tasting of 4 cheeses made from cow, goat, sheep and buffalo milk. Australian wine pairings will also be served to make this a complete showcase of Australian produce.

This is a ticketed event at $62 per person.

Each ticket will give you an hour of guided tasting with Hakim, 4 tasting portions of cheese and 2 glasses of wine.
